With the assistance of one of our Registered Care Managers, we will work with you as our customer and, when necessary or specified, your family to put in place the necessary support, as well as agreed-upon details of what support is required and when.
Care and support packages can range in time and content from a quick phone call or safety check to an hour or more. Services range from regular safety checks and reminders to complex care delivery and, on many occasions, just offering companionship.
