Our Wrexham branch is home to Saannie’s healthcare staffing agency and runs two service lines.

Staffing Agency — we supply experienced, fully vetted Health Care Assistants (HCAs), Support Workers (SWs), Registered General Nurses (RGNs), Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Senior Carers to care homes, mental health homes and similar settings, including live-in care for clients who need round-the-clock support at home.

Domiciliary Care — we supply HCAs directly into clients’ own homes, through referrals from local councils and private arrangements, delivering personal care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Our Powys branch delivers domiciliary care across the local area — supplying trained care workers into clients’ own homes for individuals referred by the council or arranging care privately. Care is built around each person’s needs, supporting independence and dignity at home.

Our Flintshire service provides community-based health and social care designed to enable people to remain safely and independently in their own homes, with care tailored to individual needs, preferences and outcomes. Our core service is domiciliary care, backed by a multidisciplinary, person-centred approach to care planning, staffing, medication management, quality assurance and ongoing review.

What we support with: personal care, medication support, nutrition and hydration, mobility and repositioning, continence care, household support and daily living activities — from short scheduled visits to complex packages requiring multiple carers, including 1:1 and 2:1 support.

Complex and clinical needs: we support individuals with neurological and physical disabilities, diabetes, pressure ulcers, DVT, osteomyelitis, PEG/gastrostomy requirements, epilepsy and other long-term conditions, working within appropriate clinical governance and in partnership with families, social workers, healthcare professionals and commissioners.

Care coordination: from referral and assessment through to care planning, risk assessment, rota coordination and staff matching, we manage mobilisation carefully, accounting for geography, continuity of carers and each person’s specific needs.

Medication management: MAR/eMAR processes, competency-assessed medication administration and regular medication audits. Quality assurance: ongoing monitoring of care delivery, record-keeping and staff competency, using digital care-management systems to maintain oversight and drive continuous improvement.

We also support respite and continuity-of-care arrangements, helping families and commissioners maintain wellbeing and consistent care.

Saannie Children Services provides child-centred, family-focused care for children and young people with complex health, developmental, behavioural and additional support needs — enabling them to remain safely within their homes and communities while promoting dignity, independence, inclusion and quality of life.

What we offer: 1:1 and 2:1 support, domiciliary care, complex care, respite, community and overnight support — tailored to each child’s assessed needs, including personal care, medication support, nutrition and hydration, mobility and repositioning, manual handling, continence care and support with daily routines.

Complex needs we support: epilepsy, physical and developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, dysphagia, gastrostomy/PEG requirements and other long-term conditions, delivered within appropriate clinical delegation and oversight.

Beyond personal care: positive behavioural support, sensory needs, communication support and community participation, helping children take part in age-appropriate activities and stay connected with family and community.

Safeguarding: central to everything we do. Our staff are trained in child protection, positive behavioural support, epilepsy and emergency medication, medication management, manual handling, autism and other child-specific competencies. As a Welsh children’s service, we’re committed to children’s rights, safeguarding, person-centred practice, the Welsh language, and the standards set by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
